Has anyone signed up to Musescore.com (as opposed to musescore.org)? I have to admit that it scores fairly high on the peculiar scale for me. I got the impression there were free scores but signing up seems to be fraught with difficulty - it really wants me to sign up for a free trial with the hope I might pay eventually... The blub at musescore.org and the blurb on their own site seem to implay that free accounts are available - I thought it must be like flickr... But I am coming to the conclusion that they and I aren't using language in quite the same way...

Corenfa mentioned she had acquired Dorico earlier this year in the Composition thread.

Corenfa mentioned she had acquired Dorico earlier this year in the Composition thread. I wonder how it compares with musescore? musescore.com is the bit that shares music. Its relationship with musescore.org looks odd to me. musescore from musescore.org is definitely free and I thought I'd got music from there... maybe things have changed...
