I've just come across the term - moving quavers - is anyone able to explain what they are?

Sorry, don't think I've come across it either and drawn a blank with a Google search. Will keep looking though.

These quavers certainly were moving - till they stopped.

You have no idea how much control I have used to not reply with a series of puns! I'm wondering if the quavers are ones that suggest movement?

This 'moving quavers' thing is tantalising...Loads of people refer to them but they don't say what they are...
I'm wondering if the 'movement' refers to the first quaver being followed by another quaver but a different note... That'd be movement too... It kind of makes sense given the examples I've seen...
